Twin Luxury Villas | Ierapetra, Crete

Completed & Under Development

Located within the natural landscape of the wider Ierapetra region, this project comprises two independent villas designed for high-end short-term hospitality use. The development is carefully positioned within an olive grove setting, taking advantage of the site’s orientation, privacy, and views towards the surrounding Cretan landscape.

The architectural concept is based on the creation of contemporary volumes that blend naturally with the environment through the use of locally inspired materials, including natural stone, timber elements, and earth-toned finishes. The composition emphasizes simplicity, balanced proportions, and a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Special attention was given to bioclimatic design principles, passive shading, and the seamless integration of the buildings within the existing terrain. Generous pergolas, sheltered courtyards, landscaped gardens, and private swimming pools extend the living experience outdoors while enhancing privacy and comfort.

The southern villa has been completed and is currently operating as a luxury holiday accommodation, while the northern villa is planned as a future phase, following the same architectural language and design philosophy. Together, the two residences form a cohesive hospitality development that respects the character of the Cretan landscape while offering a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean architecture.

The project reflects ATP’s design approach, combining architectural clarity, functionality, environmental sensitivity, and construction quality to create spaces that remain timeless, elegant, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
